Vs Coleraine Reserves (17th March, Home, League)

A hugely impressive performance from the second seen them record a 6-1 rout of Coleraine in this re-arranged league fixture.

The Mallards went down to an early goal however when the flight of the ball from a free kick deceived goalkeeper Jack Kerr-Reid and flew into the net, but they hit back with two goals in quick succession.

John Edgar got the first from the penalty spot after Kane Connor had been fouled whilst the second was a fantastic free flowing move involving Edgar, McIlwaine and Russell, and finished off by Cashel.

David Masterson added a third before half time when he converted McIlwaine pull back from the byline.

Connor's stunning free kick made it four before Edgar and Fawcett added the fifth and sixth with assists from Russell and Edgar.
Vs Cliftonville (8th March, Home, League)

League leaders Olympic narrowly defeated the reigning Champions Ballinamallard 1-0 at Fisher Park on Saturday afternoon.

The Reds were awarded a first half penalty when the referee adjudged a very harsh handball, but the penalty was dragged wide of the left upright.

Olympic got their winner on approx the 80th minute, whilst the home side had a few half chances to take something from the game.

The Seconds bounce back!
Scott Robinson's reserve side bounced back in the best possible fashion after defeat to Linfield, with 6 points from 6, and a total of 13 goals.

A narrow 3-2 defeat by Linfield on Fisher Park was harsh for the Mallards, however they recorded a second 5-0 win over Warrenpoint, and an 8-0 win over Ards.

The seconds have plenty of games in hand over leaders Linfield as they seek to retain their reserve league title.

Vs Warrenpoint Town (4th February, Away, League)

After numerous postponements, the seconds returned to action over the last two weeks.

On Tuesday evening, Scott Robinson's men travelled to Dungannon to play Warrenpoint and came away with a 5-0 win.

Kane Connor scored his first goal since returning to the club, whilst McIlwaine and Sheridan added to their seasons tally. Chris Crilly and Jason McCartney were also on the scoresheet as they make their comeback from injury.

The seconds will travel to play Glentoran on Saturday in another rearranged fixture.

Vs Cliftonville Olympic (21st Dec, Home, League)
